AboveSkill is a Mumbai-based corporate training company founded in 2019 by Vimal Suchak. We design and deliver employee learning programs in leadership, communication, POSH compliance, sales, and workplace behaviour for organizations across India — and since our first session, we've trained more than 100,000 professionals across 500+ corporate training programs.

Why Vimal Suchak Started AboveSkill
Technical expertise alone stopped being enough for workplace success a while ago. Companies were hiring skilled people who still struggled to communicate clearly, lead a team, or navigate a difficult conversation and no amount of domain knowledge fixed that gap.
That's the problem Vimal Suchak set out to solve when he founded AboveSkill: helping organizations build the practical, behavioural, and professional skills that technical training alone doesn't cover. Today, that mission has grown into a company that partners with organizations across India on leadership, communication, soft skills, POSH compliance, and workplace excellence always through engaging, business-focused learning rather than theory-heavy lectures.
