Diet & Fitness for Professionals –
AboveSkill introduces a specialized wellness workshop focused on managing and reversing Type 2 diabetes — a growing concern in today’s corporate world. This session is ideal for professionals looking to take control of their health through informed lifestyle changes. Participants gain a strong understanding of glucose metabolism, different types of diabetes, and specifically, the causes and risks associated with Type 2 diabetes. The program also includes practical diet guidelines, an exercise and yoga regimen tailored for diabetes management, and essential health screenings for both pre-diabetic and diabetic individuals. The goal is to empower employees with knowledge and action plans for lasting lifestyle transformation.


Corporate Yoga –
Our Corporate Yoga program is designed to re-energize teams, improve flexibility, and enhance focus — all within a dynamic group experience. The session begins with calming Aum chanting, followed by laughter therapy to uplift mood and reduce tension. Participants then engage in warm-up exercises that activate the full body, from head to toe. Through a mix of individual and partner asanas like Tadasana, Warrior Poses, Hastapadasana, Butterfly Pose, and more, the session encourages physical vitality and teamwork. Breathing exercises such as Bhramari and abdominal breathing, along with yoga mudras, help relax the nervous system. The session wraps up with a group chant, leaving participants refreshed, centered, and ready to take on the day.
